I hate my knee sometimes!

Well here I am with another topic. I have what in general is "bad knees" one (the left) is the worst in case you had not already guessed. The one problem that some doctors said I have is I was born with my kneecaps (patellae) too small. So I can blame my parents?; Genetics?; or God? I guess. The only problem with my right knee is something called Crapatus (crackly knee) which means my knee sometimes crackles. (I really think the doctor should just come out and say "crappy knee"). My right knee however hardly ever hurts and even then a couple of Motrin helps. My poor left knee hurts a lot and for a relitively young person I can't do some things and I almost died when I've had to get down on my knees to do something. My patella is out of alignment, my knee pops and I have what is called a tilt. My patella tilts up towards my skin (oh joy). Believe me it is a weird thing to see on an X-ray. The last time I saw the Orthopedic doctor I got a "lovely" injection the only "good" part is the doctor kept joking about it so much I got a good laugh. However after the injection my leg bothered me more and got stiff making it harder to walk. The next day wasn't much better it ached like "heck" all day. After that it just was the same as always mostly. It depends some days are worse than others, but no matter what it always hurts to some degree every day. I see the doctor in about a week and I'm going to beg him to please not give me another injection. I'm really not a glutton for pain. I do hope he suggest something that will help!
